Food was good but a little pricey for a burger restaurant

Pretty slow service but the staff was relatively friendly and the food was good. Portions seemed to have gotten smaller since they first opened.

Decent burger. Bun was excellent. Price was less than I thought it would be.

Delicious juicy burger, perfectly seasoned fries, milkshake with perfect consistency.

Food was good. Ordered through Grubhub and they did not know there was a grubhub order until I arrived for the food. Simple mistake. Nothing big.

Loved the food. The staff made my 1st time ordering at Smashburger easy. Food was quick and hot Love the sweet potato fries💕

Good service is great, some may say its slow but thats because its cooked fresh rather that pre-made. Worth it!

Burger was good. Tots were, to me, better than fries. Food arrived quickly and hot.

I gave this smashbuger a 5 star review two years ago. Its at a one star review now because they took the buffalo blue crispy chicken sandwich off the menu and they no longer carry buffalo sauce. I guess it's kinda showing that I come to a smash Burger for their chicken sandwiches but everyone has their favorite menu item. The portion sizes are also smaller.

1st off my apology for creating you seen and getting rather loud but I was completely offended by the customer who gave me the finger for no apparent reason. In today's day and age we should all work together and get along and I am absolutely shocked at that man's attitude and I would have been wrong if I didn't say anything and just let it go eventually I let it go but again I apologize for getting loud in your restaurant and creating a scene around the ignorance of some people. Thank you for your quick prompt service you will be safe and have a wonderful day.

Wow, that truffle and Swiss burger is better than ever!

This location serves a decent enough burger however we have not found a location that cooks up as good a burger as the Woodland Park location in New Jersey. Many of the other locations seem to put too much salt on the burger and this just kills the real taste of the meat. That said I would say that Smashburger is still one of the better burgers around but this goes to show you how taste can vary from one location to another in a restaurant chain.

This place shouldn’t even get 1 Star. The customer service is so bad. Don’t go to this location if you actually want to eat, you’ll stand there for 20+ minutes before you get to order.

Fair burger for fast food. They don't do the veterans discount anymore so I guess my coworkers and I will choose another spot for our periodic group lunches.

I visit this location a lot! Great food great service, employees are always so nice and friendly and efficient! Also a great atmosphere love the space.

Great burgers, a little over priced, but great quality

Had to wait awhile for my “ to go” food order, was asked by staff to take a seat since I guess they were uncomfortable with me standing near the register to grab my order when it was ready. After 10 minutes and I asked for a refund politely and explained it was because I had to go to work... wasn’t blaming staff at all for not being quick enough. The manager sighed and seemed bothered by having to come around from the back where he was preparing food to refund my order on my card. Wasn’t look at in the eyes at all and wasn’t told to have a good day or sorry for the inconvenience. Really distasteful way of doing business and on my way out unaware to their knowledge I could hear remarks being made about me. Genuinely provides great food but service was upsetting.

Drive by all the time, happy to have stopped. Food was on point and delicious. Would highly recommend if you like burgers and fries.

Enjoyable food but doesn't stand out from the pack of other burger chains. I did enjoy the familiar interior and atmosphere though. It was a mix of casual fast food and sit-down restaurant; you order and pay at the front then sit down as someone brings your food out. And it was pretty nice and clean on the inside unlike most classic fast food chains.The burgers remind me of Five Guys but are a little bit different in a way I can't quite explain. Certainly better burgers overall than McDonald's or Burger King. The fries reminded me a bit of Wendy's: small-cut, not too crispy and not too soggy. Service was good (and certainly fast) but a bit unprofessional at times. Someone I was with got a grilled chicken sandwich and couldn't finish it because they thought it was so bad. I thought it was fine but definitely not anything special.I wouldn't mind coming back here to eat but not sure I'd go out of my way or seek it out, especially when Five Guys is around the corner.

I pulled up at 9:25pm and the kid ran from the back and checked to see if the doors was locked I thought business hours ended at 10:00pm. I will gladly take my business somewhere else that was professional at all.

Amazing sauces! Don't get me wrong, the burgers they serve are awesome. But their sauces are what makes them stand out. I am a connoisseur of barbecue sauce. And this sauces is perfect. Has a little extra smokey flavor that really makes it my favorite BBQ sauce. Obviously the "Smash Sauce" is also very good. I like how they rotate a "special" burger every couple of months. It mixes it up.

If you want quality greasy burgers not a bad choice

Put in a large order and they got it 100% correct. Good food! Try the Brussel sprouts

The service was insanely slow even though they barely had any customers. I only ordered frys. The bathroom was full of sand. The fries were really good though.

Good crispy burgers

I admit I got there just in time, before they close the kitchen and the service was good, but I was disappointed with the milk shake I got my son. Usually when we get milkshakes they give us the extra amount left in the cup. I just think that the milkshake is small and it's nice when they give you the extra that would go to waste anyway. I believe they should be consistent with the extra portion in all locations all the time. This way you don't feel like you're missing out on something when they don't give it to you.

not great workers the girl who took order had half shaved head with weird nose ring and ear hole rings looked like a circus clown and cook had no idea how to cook a hamburger. service bad and burger was too well done won't go back

Slow service. Place smells weird like bathroom cleaning chemicals. Food is consistently good, but it's a bit pricey.

Over priced , place smells like tires, a worker walked by and smelled so bad ,so bad if body odor I felt bad for him. The floor had some kind of film on it. The food was delicious, which is why I go back lol. It is also a bit overpriced

Brown avacado, two half pieces of bacon (one overcooked and one barely cooked) and a completely cold black bean burger with brown lettuce. Topped off with slow service even after ordering online.

Very good classic bacon double burger with sweet potato fries.

This was a good place that get a burger. However with Give Guys across the street for equal price I would just go the for a better burger and amazing fries. But if that wasn't the case I would go here.

Good place for small lunch or dinner , they have nice burgers option , only they have one cash register so it take times if you have to reorder something

It's your typical SmashBurger that serves up a great Baja Jalapeno burger. However this location is quite dirty and can be downright disgusting.The floors were icky and the tables were unclean. The drinks machine was also disgusting.It's unfortunate because the folks that man the store week to be nice people.

Service was good, the food was delicious!

Came in after the lunch rush, the floor was relatively clean but noticed a couple dirty table tops. Was greeted immediately as I walked in the door, nice touch. I took a couple minutes to figure out my order, never felt rushed. My order was filled in a timely fashion and was served hot. I placed a basic order and was a little underwhelmed by the amount of fries and the burger size. The shake was excellent. For $10 I guess you can't expect a lot but I've tried the competition across the street and I feel that you get a bigger bang for your buck.

If you like delicious, sloppy burgers, don't hesitate to eat here!!! A bit expensive, but it was worth the cost. Smash fries w oil & rosemary were damn yummy!!!

My experience here was amazing from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. When I walked into Smash-burgers at 4:34pm there was this very kind generous kid with blue dreads and he helped me and my husband out with all our needs, and his attitude is like something I’ve never seen before but it was amazing, always positive and he had a smile. Everything was fast, food was delicious, I definitely recommend this place for anybody who’s looking for a quick bite to eat!!!!

What's seems to be upscale dining but in the end taste like a 9$ burger
